Click on “Reference Objects” to list all reference objects. The sorting is defined manually and can be modified by the four sorting symbols:

• top
• one up
• one down
• bottom
  

Select the database (e.g. caparol), country and language, to display specific reference objects. You have the following options:

• delete reference objects
• modify reference objects
• duplicate reference objects
• add a new reference object

In order to create a Reference Object in another language, duplicate the origin reference object and translate the messages into the new language. The new reference object must be linked with the reference object of the source language on the section language variants, otherwise the change of language on the website does not work correctly. The origin reference object will be automatically linked to the new reference object.

The following Data can be edited: – Database –Country – Language – Category – Farbdesignstudio (displayed here only) – Opus-5-ID – Images – Short text (for the objekt list) – Author – Footer. The main text of a reference object consists of one or more paragraphs. The parahraphs can be sorted by the sorting symbols. Note: General data and paragraphs have to be saved seperately: After you modified a paragraph you have to click on “Save paragraph” before you can save changes of the general data by clicking on “Change” and vice versa.

You get to the object images by clickng on “Edit image list”. There are two versions for each object image:

1. Content image (509 pixel x 272 pixel) for the use in the article
2. Detail image (size and orientation may vary) for the use in the “slide show” in a separate window.

The miniature should be the content image of one of the images or a separate one. **Tip: Upload all three versions of an image:

1. Original Image (size and resolution irrelevant)
2. The manually modified content image (509 px x 272 px, resolution 72 dpi)

1. The manually modified detail image (max. 600 px

height/width. As miniatur you can use the original image, as it is modified automatically by the system.

Click on “Select existing object image”, to choose an image that is already in the database for the current reference object. By clicking on the chain icon the image is assigned to the reference object.

Click on “Add new object image” and select the images from your file system. You have to select and upload the 509×272 content image version first and then the detail image.

The images can be removed from the reference object. They can be reassigned afterwards, although the captions you entered will be lost.

The sorting of the images can be modified by the sorting symbols.
