The portal can be used to upload different promotional materials (e.g. brochures, flyer, etc.) and ask others for both a request of interest and an order.

When promotional materials are made available the request of interest is optional. The purpose of requests are to determine the need **before** the real production. Afterwards on a later date an **authoritative** order can be placed.
